As we're entering the cold winter season, I wanted to take a look at some pictures that will remind me of the joys of summer, but that would still be welcoming in winter. Interior designer, Alexa Hampton designed this Bridgehampton home, with only one rule, no color! The owners wanted the rooms to be easy and comfortable, and with lots of flair. Lack of color in a house can make the spaces feel cold, but not when you pair the white walls with accents of soft and subtle hues creating a warm and comforting. I would love a home like this to retreat to into the dead of winter when you can't escape the bone-chilling cold... I'll just settle for a latte from Starbucks.
