When talking about stylish women, Sofia Coppola comes to mind because of her understated style which transcends fashion and becomes the ultimate classic. Miss Coppola seems to have done it all, acting, filmmaking, modeling, and now designing handbags for the luxe french fashion house Louis Vuitton. I assume she gets her inspiration from living in Paris, and traveling in and out of New York; she's said that she was striving to create a bag that is chic, discreet, and lightweight. I totally appreciate her appreciation for chicness in a discreet manor. Her duffle-like bags are sure to be the perfect bag for any women during the day, and when that women wants to head out for the night, she can swap-out her essentials and throw them in one of Miss Coppola's beautiful clutches. The bags are great, but I think the advertising campaigns for the line is even better. Again, I think understated is the key word; Louis Vuitton did not shove their signature LVs in our faces. From what I can gather, the shots were taken in Miss Coppola's SoHo apartment, which is beautiful but remains unpublished (as far as I know).
