Dull and Chic in Denmark

Catalogues and magazines are great ways to find concepts and styles that haven't really been seen before. As I was perusing through Gubi's Design Icon catalogue, I found their styling to be so interesting. Gubi is a Danish company that sells designer furniture, lighting, etc. The catalogues they publish feature all of their items for sale, but in a way that is amazingly stylized in a morose yet calming and peaceful way. All of these pictures are supposed to feature different pieces of furniture, but I was more captivated by the room itself along with all the other accessories inside (accessories also available on their site). All of the rooms are chicly drab, but with pops of very underwhelming pinks, blues, and purples, making the whole room feel somewhat dead. It is really eye catching. From Paris to Copenhagen, Luxe is really coveting the European way of living.
