GQ magazine’s Glenn O’Brien makes a home with his wife Gina and their son, Oscar, in Litchfield, Connecticut, and the house has just as much style as Mr. O’Brien. The mid-century modern house is rather large and very open, with a huge amount of space to entertain. I especially love the expansive windows in most of the rooms, they really give a feel of serenity from the outside. Another thing I love about the windows are the shelves underneath in the living rooms. The shelves are filled with books, which gives the space a very comfortable feel. The house is also filled with different ceramics that Gina collects, which gives the house an unexpected pop of color. Another burst of color is found in the family room with the orange couches, in a style that is like a formed bean-bag chair… very cool.
