Jim Aman and John Meeks, the design team behind some of America's most prestigious families not only work together, but they also live together. The duo both came from Ralph Lauren, where they pollished their masculine style. After departing from Ralph Lauren's Creative Services, the duo went into business for themselves, catering to a select clientele base of elite families, their business is all based upon referrals now, and is more successful than ever. Mr. Aman and Mr. Meeks share an apartment in Manhattan, encompassing great antiques, spectacular art, and extraordinary details. My favorite pieces in the whole apartment are the matching club-lounge chairs in the living room, the pair scream manliness and charm. The rest of the apartment is adorned with what looks to be original moldings, and lust-worthy polished mahogany doors. There is nothing I love more than an apartment that you can tell a man lives there, but does not have that cold penitentiary feeling. Enjoy this Ralph Lauren-induced pedigree apartment!
