Naturally shopping is the preferred sport at Standard Luxe, however, I can't say that we love shopping for groceries. It's a menial task that I would just rather not be apart of. We are obviously aware that grocery shopping is a necessity, so if someone has to do it, then they should take a note from photographer Daniel Sannwald. The German fashion photographer is known to be a bit offbeat, allowing him the ability to capture images that are obscure yet beautiful. This photo spread of model, Iris Egbers in a retro editorial for The Sunday Times Style captures chic and retro looks. And all of the looks are oddly complimented by loaves of bread, sausage links, etc. It's hard to exactly to pinpoint groceries right away, because Mr. Sannwald worked in the unconventional props in a natural way. After closer examination, you realize the supermodel is not only sporting fashion, but also meats and produce - our kind of model. Now I'm hungry.
